What you should know before using ScriptVault in Open Beta.

This document is an operating draft for ScriptVault's Open Beta. It has not been reviewed by a legal professional and does not constitute legal advice. It will be updated before broader public release.
ScriptVault is in Open Beta. It is not a finished 1.0 product. Access may still be staged so the team can support server owners responsibly.
ScriptVault is provided "as is" during the beta period without warranty of any kind - express or implied. This includes but is not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or data integrity. Use at your own risk.

Paid tier purchasing may still be limited during Open Beta. Pricing, plan names, and limits may change before general availability. No price is guaranteed to remain stable.
Script files are stored on local VPS disk storage - not in cloud storage. Cloud storage migration is on the roadmap but not yet implemented. Keep your own backups of all script files. Viridex Systems is not liable for data loss during Open Beta.
Disaster Recovery is disabled by default in all public builds of ScriptVault. The Backup Pack add-on provides scheduled exports and restore points for library metadata. It does not provide full disaster recovery, database replication, or off-site storage.
Cross-server script sharing is not supported and is not planned. Each server's library is permanently isolated. There is no global marketplace, no shared script index, and no way for scripts to be visible across servers.
Features listed on the roadmap are subject to change, delay, removal, or scope changes. No feature on the roadmap is a commitment or guarantee.
Data collected during Open Beta may be retained, restructured, or removed as the product evolves. Formal data retention policies have not been finalized.
All ScriptVault policies - including these beta notes - are operating drafts subject to change. Changes will be announced in the ScriptVault Hub.
