Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By adding ScriptVault to your Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to these Terms of Service and the other ScriptVault policies linked in the footer. If you do not agree, do not use ScriptVault.

2. Alpha Status and No Warranty

ScriptVault is in Controlled Public Alpha. It is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed. Data may be lost. Viridex Systems does not guarantee uptime, data persistence, or feature parity during the alpha period.

3. Server-Owned Libraries

Each Discord server's library is managed by that server's owner and administrators. ScriptVault provides tools and infrastructure; the content of a library is the responsibility of the server that operates it.

4. Eligibility

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service to use ScriptVault. During the alpha, access is invite-only and limited to servers approved by Viridex Systems.

5. Upload Rules

You must not upload scripts that:

• Violate game terms of service, platform rules, or applicable laws in a way that creates liability for ScriptVault or Viridex Systems
• Contain malware, keyloggers, or other malicious code
• Are unauthorized copies of commercial products
• Contain personally identifiable information about real people without consent
• Violate intellectual property rights you do not own
• Are otherwise prohibited under the Acceptable Use Policy

6. Prohibited Uses

You must not use ScriptVault to:

• Attempt to access another server's library
• Circumvent plan limits or rate limits
• Automate interactions in a way that degrades the service for others
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
• Test exploits or vulnerabilities without authorization

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the script files you upload. By uploading, you grant Viridex Systems a limited license to store and serve the file within your server's library. This license ends when the script is deleted or the library is removed.

8. Reports and Takedowns

ScriptVault provides a built-in reporting system. Viridex Systems may quarantine, archive, or remove content that violates these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. See the Content Reporting Policy and IP Takedown Policy.

9. Enforcement

Viridex Systems may suspend or remove a server's library access for violations of these Terms without prior notice in cases of severe violations. Less severe violations may receive a warning first.

10. Service Availability

ScriptVault may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or unplanned outages. Viridex Systems does not guarantee any minimum level of availability during the alpha.

11. Premium and Discord Monetization

Paid plans are available through Discord's Server Subscriptions. All billing is managed by Discord. Viridex Systems does not process payments directly. Refunds are governed by Discord's refund policies. See the Premium Terms.

12. Plan Limits

Your library is subject to the limits of your active plan. Exceeding limits will block new uploads until space is freed or you upgrade. See Pricing for plan details.

13. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your library data at any time. See the Data Request Policy.

14. Termination

You may stop using ScriptVault at any time by removing the bot from your server. Viridex Systems may terminate your library access for Terms violations.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Viridex Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ScriptVault. [Further legal language to be added before public launch.]

17. Changes to These Terms

These Terms will be updated before broader public release. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
