Draft - Open Beta Operating Policy
This document is an operating draft for ScriptVault's Open Beta. It has not been reviewed by a legal professional and does not constitute legal advice. It will be updated before broader public release.
All ScriptVault paid plans are purchased through Discord's Server Subscriptions. Viridex Systems does not process payments directly, does not store payment card information, and does not operate its own billing portal. Your payment relationship is with Discord, not with Viridex Systems.
Suggested beta pricing is $9.99/month for Pro Server and $24.99/month for Creator Server. Prices may change before general availability.

If multiple entitlements apply to a server, the highest tier takes precedence: Creator > Pro > Free. Add-ons stack on top of the active base plan.
ScriptVault syncs your plan status with Discord automatically. If your Discord subscription changes, limits are updated on the next interaction. If entitlement sync fails, your library defaults to Free plan limits as a safe fallback.
If your plan downgrades (e.g., Pro → Free), your existing scripts and files are not deleted. However, new uploads will be blocked if you are over the Free plan limits until you free space or re-subscribe.
Pricing during Open Beta is subject to change. No current price is a guaranteed future price. Viridex Systems will announce price changes in the ScriptVault Hub before they take effect.
Refunds are governed by Discord's refund policies. Viridex Systems does not issue refunds directly. Contact Discord support for billing disputes.
Publisher Tools and Backup Pack add-ons are in "foundation" state during Open Beta. Infrastructure is built but full feature parity is not yet active. Purchasing these add-ons during beta does not guarantee access to all described features immediately. Full implementations will be delivered as the roadmap progresses.
The Backup Pack add-on provides scheduled metadata exports and restore points. It does not enable full Disaster Recovery, database replication, off-site redundancy, or recovery from host-level failures. Disaster Recovery remains disabled in all public builds.
Migration Assist is a one-time consumable SKU suggested at $29.99. It provides import guidance, cleanup review, duplicate scan support, category mapping help, setup assistance, and staff workflow guidance for an existing script library.
Migration Assist does not include a full cleanup guarantee, code rewriting, ownership or IP verification, permanent support, full server recovery, SawBot integration, marketplace setup, serial setup, or subscription automation.
