Open Beta Access
Open Beta is for server owners who can tolerate some rough edges and keep their own backups. Use the beta form when it is available; otherwise, join the ScriptVault Hub for onboarding and support.
Bug Reports
Post in #bug-reports in the ScriptVault Hub. Include: bot version (/scriptvault info), the command you ran, what you expected, and what happened. Attach error messages or screenshots.
Feature Requests
Post in #feature-requests in the Hub. Check the public roadmap first to see if it is already planned.
Content Reports
Report a script for content violations, policy breaches, or safety concerns. Use /script report in Discord for in-server reports.
IP & Takedown Complaints
Submit a complaint about unauthorized use of your intellectual property in a script library.
Data or Privacy Requests
Request an export or deletion of your server library data or personal activity records.
Safety Concerns
For urgent safety issues — isolation concerns, abuse, or suspicious files — read the Safety Policy and escalate through the Hub.
What to include in a support request
- Bot version — run
/scriptvault infoto get the current version - Your server's Guild ID (Settings → Widget → Server ID, or right-click the server icon)
- The exact command or interaction that triggered the issue
- The full error message (if any)
- A description of what you expected vs what happened
- Screenshots or recordings if the issue is visual
Open Beta support scope
ScriptVault is in Open Beta. Support is best-effort. Response times are not guaranteed. Not all issues reported during beta will be resolved immediately. Thank you for testing and for your patience.
